Maybe just add DLC in the game, although I'm not sure what could be added. If a method ever opens up for us to do so (without charging for the game or selling loot boxes) I will bring it up to Team Salvato immediately. We have looked into all of the avenues to get trading cards and other steam market items and unfortunately at this time we have not been able to find a way to get them. You can only buy most DLC items one time, so steam has determined that this is not a viable card distribution method for games that do not already have another way to get them. Money Spent works on a system where you get 1 steam trading card for every $X.XX (depends on the game and external factors) you spend on reoccuring microtransactions. Playtime is always disabled for free games to avoid players downloading and idling free games solely for trading cards. Trading cards have two distribution methods Playtime (paid for game) and Money Spent (games with microtransactions).
